Shipping & payment conditions

Please note!
The payment and delivery conditions of our B2B dealer shop apply exclusively for the shipment
of goods to a delivery address within Germany.

Our offers are only addressed to entrepreneurs, §14 BGB, that means to natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction,
act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. We do not conclude contracts with consumers, § 13 BGB.

Delivery time:
Normally 2-4 business days (except for custom-made products).


The following conditions apply to the domestic trade of goods:



Pickup ex works:
In general, every order can also be picked up in person or by a shipping service provider commissioned by you during our goods loading times!
These are: Monday - Friday from 8.00 - 15.30




     
Delivery by parcel service or forwarding agent:
For orders below a minimum order value of 80.00 € net, we charge an additional handling fee of 25.00 € plus VAT.
Free delivery from 150.00 € net, below that we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.90 € plus VAT.





 
For trade in goods outside Germany:




Pickup ex works:
In general, every order can also be picked up in person or by a shipping service provider commissioned by you during our goods loading times!
These are: Monday - Friday from 8.00 - 15.30.


   
Delivery by freight carrier:
The freight costs depend on the order volume and delivery address!
Therefore, please inquire!
